In many instances, Contracts are revise and updated.  Anapact allows revision of Contracts prior to finalizing or submitting the Contract for Approval.  Users can also modify Contracts that were “Rejected” by the Approver.     

 

To Edit a Contract:

  1. Go to Manage Contract Template> My Templates.
  2. Search for the Contract that needs to be edited.
  3. Click the pencil icon to initiate the edit process.
  4. On the Contract Template, apply all the required changes that needs to be made.
  5. Once all the revisions are applied and finalized, save the Contract Template.
  6. Re-submit for Approval.
